1. Acceptable Use
By accessing Wakil AI, you agree to utilize the platform for lawful purposes. You shall not engage in actions that compromise the security of the Barada Neural Network or attempt to extract proprietary source code through adversarial prompting.
2. Intellectual Property
The Wakil AI interface, its underlying reasoning models, and all branding elements are the exclusive property of Elvrona Group and its partners. Generated content is provided to the user under a personal, non-exclusive license for professional and creative use.
3. Service Availability
Wakil AI is provided "as is" and "as available". While we maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access during critical neural infrastructure upgrades or regional node maintenance.
4. Liability Limitation
Elvrona Group and Barada AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the intelligence interface. AI outputs should be verified for mission-critical operations.
